This report is a pre-review alignment tool between our team and Aditya — designed to identify and resolve model inaccuracies before country managers are ever in the room. Each cell represents a product/market intersection. Color signals only the degree of deviation: green means our model is well-calibrated; red means the estimate is substantially off and warrants further research on our end.

No dollar amounts, percentages, or directional data (over/under) are disclosed. The goal is for Aditya to flag cells that look implausible based on his visibility into the business, so we can proactively tighten the model. By the time country managers review, the most egregious issues will already be corrected — protecting the credibility of the analysis and keeping those reviews from going off the rails.

How this works — pre-review alignment process
STEP 01
Aditya reviews the grid
Using his cross-market visibility, Aditya scans for cells where our estimate looks implausible — particularly red and orange signals in markets he knows well.
STEP 02
Flags confirmed, no actuals shared
For each flagged cell, Aditya simply confirms "this one is off" or "this looks reasonable." No revenue figures, percentages, or actuals change hands.
STEP 03
We re-examine methodology
Confirmed flags trigger internal research into market dynamics, data sources, and allocation assumptions. We own the fix — Aditya doesn't have to manage it.
STEP 04
Model goes to country managers clean
Revised estimates are finalized before country reviews begin. The most obvious errors are already corrected, so those sessions stay focused and productive.
Data protection note: This report is shared exclusively between our market intelligence team and Aditya prior to any country-level review. No combination of cells can be used to back-calculate actual revenue — variance signals are ordinal (not cardinal) and convey relative magnitude only, with no directional indicator. This process is designed to resolve the most significant model issues upstream, so that country manager reviews are as friction-free as possible.
